How Long Does Payment Take?

Processing time depends on the examination, payment portal, amount, currency, and required information.

Some payments may be completed shortly after the order is confirmed, while others may require additional review or coordination.

Availability at examination centres and on particular dates may fill quickly. Your place is not considered confirmed until payment has been completed and an official confirmation has been issued.

We recommend that you do not leave your payment request until the final days or hours before the registration deadline.

Confirming Your Examination Registration

After the payment has been completed, you will receive a receipt or confirmation. However, you should also check the registration status in your account or email.

A successful payment does not always mean that every registration stage has been completed. You may still need to:

What Happens if the Provider Cancels the Examination?

Where the selected examination, date, or test centre is cancelled by the provider, the available options will be determined by that provider’s rules.

You may be able to transfer your registration to another date, choose an alternative test centre, or receive a refund.

Where possible, Persia Money will provide the payment details and reference number required for your enquiry. However, Persia Money is not responsible for the provider’s decision regarding a new date, replacement test centre, or refund.
