How Can You Pay Your University Fees?

Where the university or educational institution has provided a payment link, you can send Persia Money the link, amount, currency, and required information.

After review, payment will be made using a suitable international card, and the receipt or payment confirmation will be provided to you.

Paying an Invoice or Statement

Where a university, accommodation provider, or student-service provider has issued an invoice, you can send us the complete document.

We will review the recipient details, amount, currency, payment deadline, and available payment methods, then advise you of the most appropriate way to make the payment.

Bank Transfer to the University

Where payment must be made by bank transfer, you should provide the official bank details and payment instructions issued by the university.

Once the information has been confirmed, you will pay the order amount in toman and the bank transfer will be completed in accordance with the supplied instructions.

Payment Through a Student Account

At some universities, payment can only be made from within the student portal.

In these cases, you may need to log in to the account yourself and provide the payment information to Persia Money, or the payment may need to be completed in coordination with you.

• 4. Receive the Final Amount: The exchange rate, service fee, any bank or payment-gateway charges, and final amount payable in toman will be confirmed.
• 5. Pay for Your Order: After confirming the information and applicable conditions, you pay the order amount in toman.
• 6. The Payment Is Completed: The required fee will be paid to the university or service provider using the approved payment method.
• 7. Receive Payment Confirmation: The receipt, reference number, or screenshot of the payment confirmation will be provided through your account, email address, or another specified method.

Paying Student Accommodation Fees

Persia Money may be able to pay university accommodation or private student accommodation fees, provided that the accommodation provider is legitimate.

These payments may include:

• Room reservation fees
• Accommodation deposits
• First-term rent
• Academic-year rent
• Utilities and service charges
• Cleaning fees
• Insurance or damage charges
• Accommodation renewal fees

Before paying, review the provider’s cancellation rules, deposit-refund terms, check-in and check-out dates, and accommodation conditions.

Persia Money is not responsible for the quality of the accommodation, room allocation, disputes between the student and accommodation management, or the provider’s performance of its obligations.

How Long Does Payment Take?

Processing time depends on the payment method, currency, university country, amount, and required reviews.

Card payments may be completed shortly after the order is confirmed, while bank transfers may take several working days.

Banks, public holidays, compliance checks, and intermediary banks may cause delays.

Until the university has confirmed receipt and allocation of the funds, the issue of a bank receipt does not necessarily mean that the payment has been fully recorded against the student’s account.

Confirmation of Receipt by the University

After payment, you will receive a receipt or reference number. However, the university may require additional time to allocate the funds to the student account.

Where the payment does not immediately appear in the university portal, you should first allow the processing period stated by the university to pass.

For a payment enquiry, you may need to send the university’s finance department:

Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds

After payment has been made to the university or service provider, cancellation and refund availability depend on the recipient’s rules.

Where you request a refund:

• You must submit the request in accordance with the university’s process.
• The university or original service provider makes the final refund decision.
• The refund may be returned to the original payment method.
• Completed Persia Money service fees and bank charges may not be refundable.
• Settlement in toman will only take place after the refunded funds have been received in full.
• The toman amount may be calculated using the applicable exchange rate at the time of the refund.

Persia Money cannot guarantee whether the university will approve a refund or how long the process will take.

Unacceptable Payments

Persia Money only pays lawful and verifiable educational and student-related fees.

The following requests will not be accepted:

• Payments to the personal accounts of university employees or unknown individuals
• Payments to unofficial or unverifiable agents
• Use of forged admission letters, invoices, or documents
• Payments to universities or institutions that cannot be identified
• Providing false information about the student or purpose of payment
• Payments intended to circumvent immigration, educational, or financial rules
• Use of another person’s identity or account without authorisation
• Requests for refunds to an account unrelated to the original payment

Where suspicious information, false documents, or possible fraud is identified, the order may be suspended or cancelled and the user’s account may be restricted while the matter is reviewed.
